My name is Omolade (it means This child is a crown) which is the inspiration behind my blog name

30th may 1997, so I'm 21 years old

Where were you born?

Nigeria in a city called Ikorodou where I lived till I was 8

Where do you live?

I've lived in the UK since I was 10

What is your occupation?

Graduate in Politics and International Relations and Currently working in Higher Education

Favourite TV Show?

Scandal, How to get way with Murder, Jane the virgin, with some others on the side

Favourite Movie?

My favourite genre are thriller and romance sometimes. Favourite thriller film has to be Gone girl and romance is probably Beyond the lights

Burgundy

Favourite book?

I've read too many books to really choose one but here's are a few I like: One day and starter for 10 by David Nicholls, Never let me go- Kazuo Ishiguro, Noughts and Cross by Malorie Blackman, The Colour Purple- Alice Walker

Where was the last place you travelled?

Abuja, Nigeria in summer 2015

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?

Probably south America the scenery look amazing and also because I plan on learning Spanish this summer hopefully

I can speak and read a little Yoruba(my native language)

Why are you starting a blog

I'm quite interested in journalism and I thought writing my own blog would be a great way to begin. This blog is the opportunity for me to have a place to write my ideas and opinion. I will be writing about issues to do with politics and culture but also things that are personal to me. So let's see how it goes :)
